When using download manger and choosing to download to a new folder the first time right click in the 2nd dialogue box the menu 'new' shows - when clicking on this it only enables a new short cut to be created. After cancelling this operation the 2nd r/h click enables the full right click menu, and you are able once downloading into this folder to use the full r/h click menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download item
2. click to save rather than open in the 'open' dialogue box
3. r/h click to create new folder in choose which folder to save into in the directory dialogue box.
4. cancel new short cut
5. R/H click, choose new folder

Actual Results:  
Make new folder to download into

Expected Results:  
Only get to create new short cut instead of new folder

Firefox all versions is a Fab, Fab..... absolutely fab browser, well done all of you!

I will class this a normal because you may have other things to sort but its fairly inconvenient for me.
