Details

Several strings got committed to the templates with no way to localize them (several in title tags).  They need to be able to be localized.
revisions 8069 and 8070 handled a couple very prominent strings which should take some heat off this
Closing out Pootle bugs from Verbatim component:

We're running Verbatim trunk, and it's not a feature to be implemented on our end, but this might already be fixed.
