but that just shows the overall changelog (like http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/) instead of showing something like CVS Blame. I'm pretty sure this worked on Saturday (two days ago).
I'm filing this as a blocker because the equivalent command-line tools are really hard to use, and this is an important tool.

Related to bug 443920. timeless, you broke this, too. I'll back out your patches if it's not fixed tonight.

this is odd. i thought that i had this feature working, but i can find no evidence of it working in any of the change sets.
My personal belief is that someone changed hgweb and broke support for ? flavors.
That said, I've fixed this in:
