Also the icon should be a 16x16 version of the yellow Larry. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to URL 2. 3. Actual Results: Page Load Error is used for title as well as the icon. Expected Results: Secure Connection Failed is used for title as well as the icon.
