If I switch my computer from multiple monitors to a single monitor and the Save As dialog was last shown on the second monitor, the dialog is not visible to me and I cannot move the dialog onto my single screen.  This makes it so I cannot use the dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect laptop to external monitor and have computer render to multiple monitors (a primary and a secondary)
2. In Firefox use the Save As dialog on the 2nd monitor.
3. Switch laptop/computer to single monitor.
4. In Firefox attempt to use the Save As dialog
Actual Results:  
Save As dialog does not show up on screen.

Expected Results:  
The Save As dialog would show up on the screen.
