Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
I have always been a firefox user, I stayed very long with version 2 and had little or no problems at all while using it, recently I updated to firefox 3.0 which generally sucked by the way, it gobbles up my system memory, always crashed while im in the middle of surfing the net.
Here is my setup:
Windows XP sp2
3.4ghz pentium d
6gb ddr 2 800 geil
nvidia 8500 1gb vc
here are the plugins:
adblock plus
colorzilla
down them all
firebug
firecookie
fireftp
ietab
webdeveloper toolbar
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Dont know, just happens while im surfing...
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Always crashes, usually 5-8 times a day, damn...
Expected Results:
Maybe a more stable software in the next release. Dont be too afraid of IE 8, microsoft always sucked in web browsers. just do what you always did, be the best.

not a security bug.
Please try to help us find the problem by selectively disabling or uninstalling each of your extensions to see if any of them are causing the crash.
Also, please list the plugins and versions listed in Tools->Add-ons->Plugins.

not a security exploit, unhiding bug.
Crashing 5-8 times a day is unusual. For help with excessive crashing you could try http://support.mozilla.com/ (which has links to forums and live chat in addition to the knowledgebase). Disabling extension compatibility checking and old plugins are both common causes of lots of crashing. Firefox 3 is universally touted as using _less_ memory than Firefox 2, not more so I'm not sure what you're experiencing there.
Telling us to fix unspecified crashes isn't going to help much if your crashes are unique to your situation. Have you submitted the crash data to us? Links on the support site will help you make sure data about your crashes goes into our database, because we can't fix the ones we don't know about.

Chester, please give us the necessary feedback so we can help. Please see the above comments for steps how to detect which extensions could be causing the crash. Please also give us the crash report id by opening "about:crashes" and copy&paste the recently id. Thanks.
