nightly build 30.3.1999 (both apprunner&&viewer) on WinNT 4.0 SP3 crashes on
startup. Before crashing, I've to click-away some "ok"-requesters saying that
"xxx.dll" is not a valid WinNT library. AFAIK all libraries names in these
requesters are in the /plugin directory of my netscape 4.51 installation.

I have fixed the plugin dialog problem
