Open the Internet Search My Sidebar tab when search results are available needs 
to be Open the Internet Search My Sidebar panel when search results are 
available since the wording was changed under the search menubar item.

I checked in the fix for the US pref-search.dtd, and also another instance 
of 'tab' that I found.  I can't find the other file (?)
