Weave should listen for URLs pointing to the service provider's authorization page, and guide the user through the third party authorization process. Client-side code to add/remove the third party's key into the keyring for the shared data type must also be written.

First iteration at providing a UI for user authorization in the OAuth flow. The required server-side parts to test this client is in place on s.m.c.
