As reported in bug 443777, there are two accesskey that collision in a single Window:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the installer
2. Go to the section describes at the top
3. Press Alt+A.
Actual Results:  
Should Accept the licence OR back to the previous window

Expected Results:  
Back to the previous window
As you can see on the bug 443777, you can change the acesskey of:

to

Acep&to los términos del acuerdo de licencia
