Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 I was starting to look at CRLs for a bit. and was startled by a number 4/18/16 None of the crypto dialogs are in desperate need of space. Can we please switch them to use 4 digit years?

The CRL/Revocation Lists feature was removed, and as far as I'm aware, the fixes in Bug 443811 switched everything thing else to using the system long date format (which might not have a 4 digit year, but that's an i18n issue, not a PSM one). If 4 digit years is a hard requirement for whatever reason, then Bug 1053679 is already filed for using ISO 8601.
