Firefox doesn't pass this test

2. "FAILPASS"

Actual Results:  
Firefox 3.1-pre alpha fails the test, "FAILPASS"

Expected Results:  
testcase should just say "PASS" 

Opera 9.51 passes this test

Indeed, this test is not working on Firefox because the datalist element has not been implemented. bug 555840 is about datalist element implementation.
