M16 crashes on second run after installation

It hasnt been doing this before. After I installed directX 7.0, this
happened. I do not know if there are any relations between directX and
XPCOM module. It dies immediately. It runs okey at the first run after
installation. Closing the browser, then trying to open it again makes
it crash with the following dump. Was working fine before? I do not know
what happened. I installed it several times still crashing.
MOZILLA caused a stack fault in module XPCOM.DLL at 015f:60d350da.

Reporter: can you still reproduce this problem with the latest nightly build? If
so can you do a "dir /on \windows\system\*.dll >dll_timestamps.txt" and attach
dll_timestamps.txt to this bug?
Suspicious is how Mozilla doesn't crash on first run.

What is the need for the list of DLL's on my computer's system
directory? Mozilla is dying with another DLL
in the last nightly build. 7/8/2000.

It is no longer crashing. I used the latest build 07/12/2000.
