44531 - Editing a bookmark URL does not change the personal toolbar

I edited a URL and title of a bookmark (hand-modified a bugzilla query) that is
in my personal toolbar, and when I went to try it, the title had changed in the
toolbar, but when I clicked it, I got the old URL. When I opened a new window,
that new window's personal toolbar had the correct URL in the bookmark, and
brought up the correct URL...

what's funny is that this means I now have two windows open, which look
identical, but when I use the personal toolbark bookmark in the first window, I
get the old query, and when I use the one in the new window, I get the new query.
