Details
Since pre-M16 Moz don't display jpeg images, I'm using binaries versions from
mozillazine on a slack 7.0.

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
if the reporter is building on unix and they may have built with
the flags set to use the local jpeg library installed on the machine
and it is not installed.
Earlier there was a problem (now fixed) with the install program which
did not bundle up the jpeg library in the tarball.
