445425 - deleted bookmars in bookmarks toolbar reappear again after closing and reoppening firefox

in the toolbar on top of the tabs where i have my most visited pages daily , when i delete one of them , it just appears back when i reopen firefox if i have closed it , or even if it crashes
it kinda dont save , just comes back to old settings

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.delete one of the bookmarks in the toolbar of bookmars
2.close firefox
3.re open firefox , it is not deleted
Actual Results:  
deleted bookmarks appear again as if i havent deleted them

Expected Results:  
bookmarks i deleted from the bookmars tab bar should not be there anymore

I have the same problem except mine resets the bookmarks overnight

I had to remove ALL files of firefox from the computer including all of the key's in the registry and do a clean install before that would work for me...

so i suppose you are no more able to reproduce or do tests upon that. resolving as incomplete, could be due to database corruption or to bug 462366

It's 2020 and I'm STILL having this problem. I'm on latest FF, latest macOS and when I delete a bookmark, it reappears again, I have to delete it twice. This is quite annoying especially when I mass delete and they all reappear again!

Please don't comment on really old-closed bugs, that will typically get the comment ignored/lost. It is better to file a new issue. I would suggest that you run "Verify Integrity" from the "Places Database" section of "Help -> Troubleshooting Information", restart, and then see if that helps.
