Some website may need textarea inside a textarea, for example http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/showit.asp?filename=tryhtml_textarea
So it will be good if we make our browser support that

This bug report doesn't make sense to me.  Textareas contain text, not elements.  But they can contain the text "<textarea>...</textarea>" just fine -- maybe whoever wrote that page didn't know how to escape *that text* properly for inclusion in a textarea?

If you paste the example HTML from http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/showit.asp?filename=tryhtml_textarea into http://htmledit.squarefree.com/ you'll find that it's perfectly editable.
