print preview is always blank and cannot get a print from any web page even if I use the "formatted for print" option

This works fine on Internet Explorer, so not my printer problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any page
2.click on print preview
3.even though it is blank try to print -- it will be blank
Actual Results:  
blank print

Expected Results:  
print out of the page or the print version of the text

sent the information to my printer

Does this work in version 3.6? 
If it does work, please close the bug and set resolution to WORKSFORME.
If it does not work, please update the bug.

(generally speaking, printing is greatly improved in v3.5 and v3.6)

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
