there is in SNAV lots of test cases w/ incorrect behavior, I'll try to put them into separate bugs and probably there is a solution in MicroB.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attached test case and press Down hw button
2. Index is selected
3. press Down again
Actual Results:
Submit button is selected
Expected Results:
first editable textarea is selected

both textarea's and text/password inputs, as well as disabled items are fixed in 445407
