445532 - Ctrl-tab dialog appears centered across all displays with multiple displays enabled

In Mac OS X with multiple displays, the Cmd-tab dialog appears at the center of the "primary" display (the display with the menu bar).  However, the Minefield Ctrl-Tab dialog appears at the center of the combined display area; so with two displays stacked vertically, it appears at the bottom of the upper display (or the top of the lower display).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable multiple displays.
2. In the Mac OS X System Preferences menu "Displays", place one display on top of the other.  Put the menu bar on the lower one.
3. Open Minefield with multiple tabs.
4. Use Ctrl-tab.

Actual results:
Ctrl-tab dialog appears in the middle of the combined area of the two displays; for my specific display sizes, this is near the bottom of the upper display.

Expected results:
Ctrl-tab dialog appears centered on the lower display.

This only seems to occur for me when Minefield is in the non-primary monitor.

We no longer have a ctrl-tab dialog.
