I noticed that there's quite a bit of empty space on the right on the Actions box, I was wondering if we can decrease it.

consider l10n though. i guess "Show content customized for" could span over two lines if needed.

This is done as part of bug 442182 since I had to modify the code anyway, waiting on review.

I shrunk it enough that the "Show content customized for:" doesn't wrap in Firefox (though it wraps in IE).  This is 240px for FF, and I think it's 216px in IE, since IE did funky things to it.  If you want me to shrink it more then we would need to shrink it such that the "customized for" wraps instead of just the "for", since that looks bad.
