I am "in it to win it". I kinder gentle way of saying, this father, husband, businessman, and extremely busy individual will always find time to assist, contribute, and improve the cause in any way I can. I may not be a computer hacker genies. But, I will assist any any way possible. I am 110% devoted to the cause! We can make a positive, cleaner, peacefuller, impact in this world and only a fool would pass that up. This is an opportunity of a millennium.

Where did you find a link to http://www.mozilla.org/docs/ora-oss2001/ ?  Maybe the page containing the link is the one that needs to be fixed :)  That directory is just missing an index.html (which shows up as a 403 error); files in that directory are public.
