Details

Currently, there are a few places where a list of week-days begins with Sunday. The first day of the week in these lists should either respect the user's choice.

The places where I've spotted this are:
* First day of the week dropdown in the Views pane in Preferences dialog. This is the only drop-down which *Could* start with a fixed day (but why not with Monday then?)
* Event/Task recurrence dialog, monthly recurrence
* Event/Task recurrence dialog, yearly recurrence
