This wfm with 60708 win98 (non-comm), but even if it didn't work,  I don't 
really see how back not working on *one* website is dogfood (esp. when you can 
go back via other methods).

I see this for http://home.netscape.com/index1.html. 
Also Netcenter French, http://home.netscape.com/index1.html/fr.
In "Go" menu, there are two items per site (e.g. two Netscape France).
I used win32 build 2000070608 on WinNT US.
Looks like a generic problem (i.e. not international). Reassign to radha.

This works for me in japan and french pages today. I could go to few links off 
of these sites and go back/forward.
