This is semi related to bug 431993, but I wanted to narrow it down. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any website with a large, fixed background image (especially if the background image's height is very long)
2. Scroll
Actual Results:  
Very choppy

Expected Results:  
Should be smooth

This bug was fixed for Firefox 3.0.1, but it is still an issue with large images
