Starting with hourly build 16624 from:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tinderbox-builds/mozilla-central-win32/1216316624/
There is extreme flicking on pages when loading, and when mousing over the tab bar the whole bar flicks.. 
The build prior is OK

Patches 444679, 444005 and 444013 were checked in (I think) between those two builds above.. 


backing out bug 444005 locally fixed the flickering for me.
