2 related use cases :
when restoring a session, 
1) you have a proxy that require identification, each restored pages will prompt for the same password... immagine if you have 30 pages that ask for the same password? lot of box really annoying
2) if you protect thoses records by a master password you have to enter the master password for *each* login prompts... 

if lot of pages to load this can lead to crash/deadlock...

solotion : have a "timeout" into the password manager, the user enter the password that remains valid until timeout expire, if multiple request for the same password then only prompt the user once.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set a master password
2. open multiple (same) websites that require password
3. quit firefox saving the session
4. reopen firefox
Actual Results:  
for each website to reload, a master password prompt is displayed,
for each website that use the same password (for example multiple instance of the same site, or if you are behind a proxy that require autentification) a password dialog box is displayed
(for 20 pages this means, 20 times enter the master password, 20 times click ok on password dialog box, and if the 20 pages are the same website with same password, 20 times click on login dialog box)

Expected Results:  
prompt for master password once
prompt for proxy password once
prompt for website password once

major/critical : if the session have too many webpages to load, the dialog box are unusable, you can't enter the masterpassword, dialog box are partialy displayed....
