446045 - browser comes up with windows already closed before turning off

It occurs all the times. I close all the windows, turn off browaser. Make a new attempt and "voilà"!!! The browser bring me a comination of the same four windows I visited I don´t know when. Only these windows and always the same.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.turn off the browser, with any other windows, open or closed.
2.turn on the browser
3.
Actual Results:  
As before. Browser open that four windows.

Expected Results:  
Browser bring a new default window.

Chances are they are set as your homepage. Close all but the single page you want as your homepage and in tools - options - main click "Use current page"
