User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_4; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Safari/525.20.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070206 Firefox/3.0.1
When a webloc is grabbed from the OS (any folder/directory) and dropped into AN EXISTING Firefox tab/view, what's loaded is a historical page NOT the dropped link. This only occurs after Firefox has been up, running, and in-use for a while.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open multiple tabs
2. so some back-and-forth browsing in these tabs
3. at some point, drag a "webloc" from, say, the desktop and drop it into an already-existing tab
Actual Results:
what's loaded is a historical page for that tab NOT what was dropped.
Expected Results:
it should have loaded the dropped link.

Liam: I not able to reproduce this using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070206 Firefox/3.0.1 or Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1a1pre) Gecko/2008071806 Minefield/3.1a1pre. I dragged a URL from the desktop and it loaded fine into one of my already existing tabs in both instances.

I've seen this same behaviour for links dragged from another application, in this case Thunderbird. Restarting Firefox solved the problem though.
