I'll investigate which slave is doing this.

For the mozilla-central builds, both the 07-17-02 and 07-18-02 builds came bm-xserve19. I think bhearsum already added the missing "umask=002" to the buildbot.tac, since the slave was restarted about the time of the second nightly build today. Verifid that bm-xserve16 thru 18 are also fine. Update status is green http://update-watch.localgho.st/nightly/production/latest/ so all done here.

Yep, I fixed up xserve19 today. Sorry I didn't follow-up with this earlier :(. Thanks for jumping on it.
