Details

At the moment, a user can't distinguish on the all versions page if an experimental file is still pending review or has been rejected by an editor. Impatient people would install the experimental, broken add-ons probably significantly less than files only labeled as experimental.

Altered the bug to show it on all pages with download/install links.
