44628 - Msgs in POP folder not appearing until after restart of app

nscp brand build from 06/28/00, using POP in 4.x and mozilla

- Migrated my 4.x profile
- used mail for a few days
- opened a folder called "Tickler"
- only 1 message was in my tickler folder, when in fact the folder in 4.x has
dozen's of email messages.

My mail has 19 top level folders and 50 subfolders for my johng account.

I was going to nominate this as nsbeta2 or even dogfood since it looked like
lost of data, but restarting N6, I see that all the mesages appear.

Therefore nominating nsbeta3.  Important since appears to be data loss and
requires the user to restart program to correct it.

Need info.  Does this happen to any POP folder or something with john's?

I don't see it using test accounts with NT 4.0 (I assumed he saw this with
Win32, no OS specified).  This is with recent re-migration and comparing message
counts for folders and subfolders to the 4.x account after migration, after
exiting, after getting new messages.  I think we need more information from
johng as to what kind of operations might've been done which might've affected 
the folder and whether this has been noticed on more than one folder.
