44638 - no animations

i've upgraded the last Mx version of Mozilla with Win32-talkback by
copying-pasting files in the proper directories but now there's no animation :
no mozilla thingy on the top right corner
no process bas at the bottom of the browser window

is it because all the Gifs are in a new directory called "throbber" ?

This is not a bug, major changes have occurred in the chrome directories so
things will not work properly if you upgrade using the method you specified.

Please upgrade the recommended way:
1. delete c:\windows\mozregistry.dat (in case the format of this file has changed)
2. delete the bin\ directory (folder) and all its subdirectories.

3. Unzip the new mozilla zipfile

Marking INVALID as this isn't a bug.
