Firefox is not allowing to open popup's on one site (in intranet), site contains flash elemend which is opening popup. When I click on a button and popup is opening Firefox is blocking it, even if I turned off blocking popups in settings. 

When blocking is on and site is on a list that popups are allowed FFx is blocking a popup, when I click "Open <%URL%>" (or something like this) popup is still blocked and FFx increase number of blocked popups.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
After restarting OS looks fine, but could happen again.

Expected Results:  
Not block popups :)

I can confirm this.

I am also running x86 Linux(Ubuntu 8.04) ---Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008121621 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.5

In my case it is also an intranet site, but flash doesn't load the popup. flash is not on the page(java applet is, but the popup is loaded by JavaScript).

As well I have turned off the popup blocker all together (Edit->preferences->content->uncheck "Block Pop up windows") and the behaviour remains. restarting firefox will fix the issue about 40% of the time, the other 60% of the time rebooting ubuntu is necessary.

I am running ubuntu in a "VirtualBox" vm.

I should also add that it works fine for about 3 hours and then will start blocking all popups.

In my case it mostly happen when big flash oject is on site, I'm working with that site and Firefox e.g. 3 hours, and that object is opening popup. After opening several times popups suddenly FFx blocks them.

This is a mass search for bugs which are in the Firefox General component, are
UNCO, have not been changed for 500 days and have an unspecified version. 

Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or later, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again. If you still see the issue, please update this bug. If the issue is gone, please set the status to RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
