This documented used to be in mozilla.org, but was moved to MDC. The original document used bug 198252 for feedback. Since this is a new copy, it should have a new comments bug.
Why shouldn't it just use the Talk page like other pages on MDC? (This wasn't an option before you migrated it from mozilla.org to MDC, for which thank you!)
Sure. Is that how it's done now? I've used the bugs in the past to track work in progress. Is it okay to talk to myself on the talk page?
It is in fact _encouraged_ to talk to yourself on that page. ;)
