Related to the bookmark toolbar, can it be modified so that I could move the folders from it in an other order, without having to delete the folder, and then recreate it with the whole saved bookmarks?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I tried to move a folder from the bookmark toolbar in another order, after a normal bookmark, by dragging it.
Actual Results:  
It didn't work with dragging, it just stood there like I even hadn't kept my click on it and dragged it.

Expected Results:  
It should have moved to the place I wanted on the bookmark toolbar.
I believe this is a DUPLICATE for #341337 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341337)
