Currently SM shell builds into <os>_<build_type>.OBJ directory in the js/src directory. It would be nice to allow to overwrite that and compile the shell into arbitrary directory in the filesystem.

This way it would be possible to build a few shells with different options for testing from the same tree or use read-only tree for building.
Attached patch v1Splinter Review
The patch adds a new makefile variable, OBJROOT, that, when defined, sets OBJDIR. The patch also makes sure that the clobber target for the make file removes all the generated context.
