When I want to load a local xml file I get this error message:

Security Error: Content at 
file:///i:/Regest/Archiv/A_2_Osterreichisches_Staatsarchiv.xml 
may not load data from 
file:///i:/Regest/view_archive.xsl.

The xml contains the following PI:
<?xml-stylesheet href="../view_archive.xsl" type="text/xsl"?>.
The very same files work fine on the web!


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a local XML file with a PI pointing to an XSLT in the parent directory
2. Put any XSLT in the parent directory
3. Invoke the XML
Actual Results:  
Security Error: Content at file:///i:/Regest/Archiv/A_2_Osterreichisches_Staatsarchiv.xml may not load data from file:///i:/Regest/view_archive.xsl.
Shows the XML without being processed by the XSLT stylesheet.

Expected Results:  
Same as from
http://documenta.rudolphina.org/Archiv/A_2_Osterreichisches_Staatsarchiv.xml
