User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080702 Firefox/2.0.0.16 Build Identifier: Eudora 8.0.0.3b When I try to drag a message from a local folder to an IMAP folder it fails with an error message "The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Error in IMAP command received by server." Same thing happens when dragging from a folder in one IMAP account to a folder in another IMAP account. This functionality does work in Thunderbird version 2.0.0.14 (20080421). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. select message in local folder 2. drag to IMAP folder Actual Results: Message is not moved. Get error message "The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Error in IMAP command received by server." Expected Results: Message is moved to IMAP folder without complaint.

Works fine in Eudora 8 beta 4. Try with that version and if it still has the problem then you can reopen this bug.

Dear Jeff, I have a similar but slightly different problem. I'm using Eudora 8 beta 4 on Macintosh. I can drag a message from one local folder to another, but I cannot use the "Transfer" command to move a message from one folder to another. It just does nothing with no apparent error message. John
