Build Identifier: 2.0.0.16

I had 2.0.015 version of T-bird installed. It did an automatic update, and failed - kept rebooting endlessly with an error message that not all files could be updated. I decided to completely uninstall T-bird and do a fresh installation. It gave me mozMapi32.dll error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove T-bird using Add/Remove utility in Control Panel
2. Download fresh T-bird 2.0.0.16
3. Try to install
or
1. Try updating from 2.0.0.15 to 2.0.0.16
Actual Results:
No email reader!!! :-(

Expected Results:
It should have updated/finished installation...

I don't have any add-ons or themes (they're default), I use Win XP SP3 with full access to all files/folders (admin-level account). Anti-virus and firewall were disabled before the installation. Moving the personal folder already containing my accounts didn't help.
The bug for the installer case is bug 404609
The bug for software update is bug 340535
