447864 - Logging in sometimes doesn't work

Random people (myself, laura) occasionally lose the ability to login for periods of time.  Logging in with that user on a different browser or machine works, not sure if logging in with a different user on the same browser works.

If you tick "remember me", it seems to work.

I'll be really surprised if bug 448497 doesn't fix this.  Patch pending review.

I'm calling this done.  Haven't seen it since we pushed 0.6.2 so I believe the fix for bug 448497 fixed this as expected.

Verified FIXED; been testing off and on for most of tonight, and haven't seen any issues either (on production).

I've reopened this because the login method on https://support-dev.allizom.org has issues. 
If you login with a secondary user, after loggin out from previous user, in the user profile you show as loged in with the first user.
