Local Folders is how Outbox and global inbox work, as well as drafts/sent for

Is it necessary to allow a «mail account» to be in «Local folders»? All the account are shuffled if you do that, and *there is no way to disable it after the account is created*.

rom, this sounds to me like a dupe of bug 297793. do you agree?
