Symbian JIT will sometimes crash on a handful of ecma3/Date testcases. ecma3/Date/e15_9_3_2_4.as ecma3/Date/e15_9_5_23_13.as Rob Borcic has a preliminary patch that fixes this and passes all of the acceptance suite.

Originally, the Symbian code was attempting to keep track of the address ranges in which JIT code was being written. Recent changes have broken the simple method that was originally created. This new patch adopts the same approach as ARM Linux.

Would it be possible to encapsulate this using the porting api so we dont have the linux asm code sitting out in the open?

Is this bug still active? Looks pretty stale.

Trevor, maybe you can find out if this one is done?

Withdrawing bug and stale patch. Once the Symbian JIT is working again then this can be re-tested and entered if still relevant.
