steps:
1. Select a mailing list in the AB. Click edit.
2. It doesn't display the entries in the list. 

Build and platform:
2000-07-07-09-M17, Windows commercial build.

Reassigning to chuang. Nominating for beta2. Without this you can't see the
items in your mailing list and who you are sending the message to.  It looks
like data loss even though it isn't.  It looks like the text fields are
collapsed in the mailing list dialog.

This part was working before I took vacation in June 29, cc hyatt for checking.  
The address list count is correct.  I got a warning in nsBoxFrame.cpp line 1015 
for "Warning prev sibling is not in our list!!!".  Hope someone in toolkit team 
can point out what went wrong.

Tried it on today's build, it works.
