Using jul6 commercial build

When you use the menu item Search Mail to bring an open search dialog to the
foreground, the dialog appears but contents are blank.  Even the dropdown labels
are blank.

Steps to reproduce:

1.   Go to mail window, login to mail account.
2.   Select inbox or other folder, then Search|Search Mail.
3.   Initiate a search which will yield results --> results display.
4.   Hide the search dialog by selecting and maximizing mail window --> search
dialog is hidden behind the main mail window.
5.   Select menu item Search|Search Mail.

Result:  The dialog appears but is totally blank.  Search criteria, results and
even the dropdowns' labels are blanked out.  Resize dialog doesn't refresh
contents, you must redo search.

Note:  linux doesn't surface the window upon using the menu item, but if you
select the window after using the menu item it is blank.  Will log separate bug
for surfacing the window on linux.

Ugh, this has to do with opening the same content in the same window.. I might 
have a simple workaround hack to always opening a new search window off the menu 
item... or I could do some tricks with the window mediator.

I have recently discovered that the mac doesn't even keep the dialog around (at
least accessible to user).  Current mac situation written as bug 74447.

This doesn't happen anymore with oct15 commercial 0.9.4. Checked win98, mac OS X
and linux rh6.2.  Since mac already has a separate bug, will close this out and
check again, commment in the mac bug.
