The Bug:
If I see a video on youtube, and I press the CTRL+T for open a new tab it doesn't work.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open and watch a video on youtube
2. Press CTRL+T
3. It's not work

Don't try to use keyboard commands when the cursor is over the flash-video.
