I published a document at http://www.spreadfirefox.com/affiliatesfaq on ~July 16. On July 23, I noticed that this page could not be found and I submitted another document with the same URL so that links throughout SFx would not be broken. We need to figure out why this happened.
we really have no idea -- re-open if you notice it again.
