This unittest VM occasionally fails loading a reftest. I haven't gone back through the logs to see if it's the same test or not, but last time I checked there wasn't anything suspicious about the test it was failing on. It seems to generally only fail loading one test in a run, with everything else succeeding, which makes me think it's some weird VM timing issue. I don't know if there's anything we can do to safeguard against this, but less random orange is good.
