While downloading a file, if after the download is started and for some reason the internet connection is no longer available, the download manager reports the download as finished and saves a corrupted file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a download of a big enough file
2. disconnect the internet: I do it by safely removing my wireless usb dongle, but I think it should be the same thing if the lan cable is removed (I haven't tried this solution)
3. look at the download manager: it reports the download as completed, even if it's not.
Actual Results:
There's no possibility to restart the download and the file is corrupted, but firefox does not notice this.

Expected Results:
Firefox should notice about the download failure and give the possibility to resume (even automatically) when the connection is available again.
I think it would be good for this problem if firefox compared the expected size of the file at the beginning of the download with the size when this is finished: I don't know if this is a real solution but this will let the download manager recognize there's been a problem...
