Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select interval in refreshevery submenu, refreshes occur.
2. Close /reopen FF, FF repopulates tabs, no refreshes occur.

Actual Results:  
Refreshevery inactive.

Expected Results:  
Refreshevery should resume.

If refreshevery is not programmed to resume in scenario described,
then refreshevery should be reprogrammed to do so.
